Ballalough House, adjacent to the ‘Beg’, has seen many advancements over the years, making it into a truly versatile property. The Beg can accommodate 6, and the House a further 6/7 people.

The House has 3 guest bedrooms – 2 twin/double bedrooms on the ground floor,

and a triple – double + single is to be found on the first floor.

The large kitchen has a range style cooker with dual ovens, a dishwasher, sink and the many appliances a property would expect. A dining area for up to 6 is located in the kitchen overlooking the garden. A separate Utility room houses the Oil boiler, a washing machine and drying rack.

There is also a large dining area adjacent to the kitchen, with seating for up to 12 – this is particularly useful when parties have taken accommodation in both the ‘Beg’ and the House. The dining area is serviced by an Air Source Heat pump to regulate temperature as needed, with the backup of oil fired central heating.

A lounge / sun lounge provides adequate seating for guests, with clear views into the garden and surrounding fields.

This too has an Air Source Heat Pump to regulate temperature as needed.

The modern bathroom has both a shower and a bath, with water heated from Solar Panels or from the boiler in winter.
